Security Officer Training

  • This course is taught by a Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services licensed Instructor. It will prepare you for entering the security industry field. The course is a 40-hour course, 2hr exam, which follows the strict state curriculum guidelines.
  • Note: there are 2 options for this course.  CERTIFICATION This is an American Heart Association course that will certify you in BLS or Heartsaver CPR, AED & First Aid. These courses are taught in strict compliance with the American Heart Association standards. Successful completion of this course will garner the student a certification card in the taught discipline. 4-7 hrs - $96.00 SKILLS ONLY CLASS For those students looking to complete the Skills portion only of their BLS or Heartsaver class, this course meets all American Heart Association requirements. 1 hrs - $75.00

  • Successful completion of this course will give the student the tools necessary for Identify, preparing and surviving the threat associated with an Active Shooter scenario. It Will prepare the student how to mitigate and address threats to themselves and others

In this course, attendees will be trained utilizing the teachings of FEMA, NIMS and DHS. A prepared staff is a well-trained staff.
  • Preparation for court room testimony can make the difference between winning or losing a case. This course prepares attendees on court room preparation and proper court room etiquette.
  • This course addresses the use of non-lethal weapons, from OC pepper spray deployment, ASP baton, handcuffing techniques, and other aspects of defensive tactics.

This course examines the proper techniques to Effective Report Writing.
  • Any profession entailing the interacting with the public should come with Customer Service Training. This course explores all aspects of customer service, from the aggressive to compliant customer, to how social and ethnic cultures play into achieving the ultimate in customer service effectiveness.
